Sun up yet?

The sun sure is taking its 

time to come up this 

morning. 

Today came without warning 

and my alarm clock wouldn’t let me keep snoring. 

So i’m up.

Just like the west, i wait 

for the sun to crest but

the sun sure is taking its

time to come up this morning.

Like Souvenirs stored away

they lay

seems to never get full.

A weightless

found deep in the

castle in my mind.

and the cuddles on couches.
